Tasks
- Accurately taking care of the order processing delivery creation and shipment processing
- Support Customers through a prompt resolution to issues regarding stock availability sales orders shipment status product and services
- Build strong customer relationships
- Receive and process sales orders
- Follow up on order status and order book maintenance
- Attending trade shows
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Support
- Ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with different stakeholders
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailedoriented and proactive
- Great organizational skills proactivity and desire to develop
- Native level of German
- Full Professional level of English
