ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Chief of Staff youll act as the right hand of our founders in the daytoday management of the company. You provide the necessary information to make effective decisions and youre responsible to prioritize and execute strategic projects.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Lead and drive crossdepartmental strategic projects ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals and vision
- Work closely with our founders and act as an integrator and communicator across the organization
- Enable senior management and their teams to focus on their functional expertise by aligning goals creating transparency and ensuring smooth communication through the implementation and monitoring of OKRs
- Build lasting relationships with stakeholders across the company. Keep an ear to the pulse of the organization and its needs ensuring the flow of information both bottomup and topdown.
- Work closely with all departments especially Finance to provide necessary information for effective strategic decisions
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through to successful execution
- Use an analytical approach to simplify problems and serve as a sparring partner for senior management in strategic and operational questions
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a fastgrowing SaaS company or as a management consultant at a toptier consultancy
- Extensive experience in managing strategic and crossfunctional projects endtoend
- Highly analytical numbersdriven and handson with the ability to persuade people through empathetic and peopleoriented communication
- Problem solver with a cando mentality and a highly structured and organized working method.
- Passionate about joining our mission and being part of an exciting growth phase
- Fully proficient in English; German fluency is a big plus
