Job Description
We are seeking a freelance Intercom specialist to implement and customize the Intercom platform across 34 brands focusing on sales and customer communication optimization. The primary objective is to set up and configure Intercom to streamline messaging flows and integrate basic AIdriven chat solutions effectively. This project is estimated to require approximately 58 hours with the possibility of additional adhoc maintenance work in the future.
Tasks
- Set up and customize the Intercom platform across multiple brands.
- Configure chat widgets messaging flows and AIdriven chat solutions tailored for sales and customer support.
- Integrate Intercom with Jira and HubSpot for seamless data management and workflow optimization.
- Ensure a consistent tone style and messaging across all brands aligning with evolving brand guidelines.
- Deliver a comprehensive handover document detailing configurations workflows and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Intercom for sales and customer communication purposes.
- Expertise in setting up AIdriven chat automation within Intercom.
- Strong technical skills for integrating Intercom with Jira HubSpot and other platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
- Availability to start from midJanuary.
