Tasks
About The Position
In this next phase of our growth we will create a lot of content in order to amplify our inbound growth engine.
As much of this will be video content we are looking for an incredibly talented Video Content Creator that is excited to create B2B content that doesnt suck.
Here is what you will be working on:
- You conceptualise and create videos ads that promote our software as well as our eCommerce community content guides events and workshops that are hooking in our targets customers and keep them engaged to view more.
- You editing colourgrade audio enhance videos to pull in visitors in you annimations to keep them engaged and CTA at the end to get them to take the next action.
- Together with our growth lead and founder develop new ideas of how we can get eCom brands excited of the various products and services we offer.
- Review the performance of content with our growth lead to get an understanding of what works so that you can continuously improve our results
In summary we are looking will bring a consumermindset into the world of B2B and create content so good that other people will want to copy it.

- You are obsessing over how to get people to take action video content that is visually appealing is great. But at the end you want to influence people and get them to take action. You are constantly on the look out for new ways to get peoples attention and study successful content to understand what drove their success.
- You optimize for learning your main motivation at this point of your career is to learn as much as possible in broaden your tool set. You want to work with people of the same mindset and learn from each other.
- You are naturally curious you have a wide range of interests that you like to explore and are open to constantly being exposed to something new.

Our Process
Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.
Most of the process for this position will be handled by Max.

You can ask me anything you want nothing is off the table. We will talk for as long as necessary and by the end of it we should both feel comfortable.
- You meet my CoFounders we value strong fit and alignment within our team. This gives you and us a chance for a final check.
