• Klar is the Data Operating System for growing eCommerce companies Klar gives eCom brands a holisitc understanding of their business across their three main drivers of growth customer acquisition retention and profitability.
• We work with over 1.000 eCom brands leading brands like Sunday Natural Loop Earplugs Holy Maniko Armed Angels and hundreds more use Klar to make better decision every day.
• We deeply empathise with the struggles of our customers after having worked most of the last 10 years in ecommerce companies we know their pain and built Klar to help.

Tasks

About The Position

You become the right hand of our CEO Max.

When I was 21 old someone believed in me and gave a lot of responsibility.
Coming fresh out of uni I learned more in a shorter period of time than I ever thought possible and my entire career was catapulted 5 years forward.
I am now looking for someone to give the same opportunity to.

Over the last year we focused on building a product that helps our customers.

Now its time to build up the commercial side of the business.

Thats where I am looking for your support.

We have built an extremely efficient inbound marketing flywheel consisting of:

• Our existing customers recommending Klar to their network
• Agency partners introducing Klar to their customers to get accurate data
• The eCom Unity Germanys largest eCommerce community with 1300 operators.

These three components also interact with and amplify each other so that our tremendous growth thus far has ben driven by 99% inbound.

We now want to amplify each of these components and thereby accelerating our growth even further.

Here is what your responsibilities will be:

• Identify approaches to amplify each components of our flywheel (SaaS product agency partnership and community).
• Accelerate our inbound engine Design implement and execute systems and processes that create awareness within our target group provide value and generate interest for our product.
• Test measure learn iterate build up a reporting structure that allows you to understand what is working and improve your systems and processes to maximize results
• Crossdepartmental collaboration exchange knowledge and learnings with our growth and content leads on what is working to strengthen the performance of each function.

The beauty of this role is that it gives you lot of freedom to try different approaches. You are not narrowed into a single product or offer but have different entry points into our flywheel that you can target.

At the same time you will receive mentorship from Max who will share with you everything he as learned over the past decade in building highgrowth organisations.

About You

• You are the smartest guy in the room or at least you have been until now. We are looking for someone that just gets things and can connect the dots.
• Humble & Hungry you dont want the ordinary you strive for greatness. At the same time you know that you still have a long way to go and are willing to work your butt off to get there. No task is too low for you.
• You have a commercial mindset You are not afraid to get measured by your results or to talk to other people and should be outgoing and make people instantly feel comfortable.
• Some hard skills that you will need yes we also have those. You need to be fluent in English and German. You are a numbersguy & spreadsheetpro with crossdisciplinary interest.
• You are at the beginning of your career no matter if you are fresh out of university or already have a few years of experience. How well you fit the above description matters more than anything else

• Work from anywhere we are based in Munich and while we are building Klar as a remotefirst company wed prefer this person to also be based here because itll be extremely handson. But if you want to work from Spain for a month in summer no problem.

Our Process

Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.

Most of the process for this position will be handled by Max.
