Job Description
At Relai we are on a mission to make Bitcoin the goto savings technologysimple accessible and secure. As Europes leading Bitcoin startup were pioneering the future of Bitcoin investing by making it effortless for individuals and institutions alike to buy sell and hold Bitcoin without complexity or middlemen. With $12M in Series A funding and rapid growth we are expanding our team of passionate Bitcoiners.
Now were looking for a Client Relationship Manager (m/f/d) to play a strategic role in growing Relais client network of highnetworth individuals (HNWIs) and smallmediumsized businesses (SMEs) ensuring they have a seamless experience while growing their Bitcoin holdings.
Tasks
As a Client Relationship Manager at Relai you will:
- Lead and manage highvalue client relationships Proactively identify and engage potential clients enhance conversion rates for inbound leads and build longterm relationships with highnetworth individuals and business leaders.
- Drive strategic client onboarding Own the endtoend process for onboarding major investors ensuring an efficient and seamless experience.
- Ensure compliance excellence Oversee and assist with compliance requirements risk assessment and client documentation.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally Work closely with our ComplianceOperations and Tech teams to refine processes and enhance client service.
- Expand our institutional reach Help grow Relais presence among key investors companies wealth managers and financial institutions.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in client relationship management preferably in fintech financial services or a highgrowth startup.
- A strong existing client network or experience working with highnetworth individuals and institutional investors.
- Fluent in German and English (French or Italian is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills clear professional and clientfocused.
- A proactive servicefirst mindset youre reliable detailoriented and solutiondriven.
- A deep passion for Bitcoin you understand its value and are excited to help others invest in it.
