Your Role
As Media Database Coordinator you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system CANTO. You will ensure highquality wellorganized content is available to internal stakeholders across the organization. This role combines technical system management content curation and user support.
1. CANTO System Administration (40%)
2. Content Curation & Maintenance (40%)
3. Training CapacityBuilding & Technical Support (20%)
Experience: 2 years working with a DAM system (e.g. CANTO)
Skills: Analytical problemsolving and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Technical: Knowledge of visual communication and digital content management. Familiarity with audiovisual content production is a plus
Languages: Fluent in English and German; additional languages like Amharic French or Portuguese are a bonus
Values: Committed to Light for the Worlds mission and values with an interest in international development and human rights
Other: Project management skills and a proven ability to work independently
