Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal / Closer
Location: Atlanta GA

About the Job

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of closing experience in commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare sale and loan documents including settlement statements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys on all aspects of real estate closings.
  • Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information and coordinate all closing activities.
  • Supervise support staff and assist with disbursements and postclosing processes.
  • Prepare title commitments proformas and title insurance policies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelors degree (4year degree required).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a real estate paralegal or closer specifically in commercial real estate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems relevant to real estate transactions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Additional Skills: Deadlinedriven and able to handle a highpaced environment efficiently.
