About the Role As a Health & Safety Trainer/Consultant you will:
- Deliver engaging and highquality health and safety training sessions (e.g. NEBOSH SMSTS).
- Develop and implement health safety and environmental policies tailored to client needs.
- Conduct site audits risk assessments and accident investigations.
- Provide consultancy services to a variety of industries including construction and manufacturing.
- Provide expert guidance to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to uphold our reputation as a trusted HSE partner.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct onsite inspections and audits ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
- Deliver practical handson training sessions to individuals and groups.
- Investigate incidents and implement actionable recommendations.
- Keep uptodate with industry regulations and best practices.
About You Youll be a selfmotivated professional with strong communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety.
- NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates (essential).
- SMSTS Certification (preferred).
- Experience:
- Proven track record in health and safety training consultancy or management.
- Experience conducting audits risk assessments and accident investigations.
- Background in construction or similar highrisk industries.
- Soft Skills:
- A collaborative approach to mentoring and coaching.
- Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
- Confidence in building client relationships and handling complex challenges.
