Job Description

Job Title: Health & Safety Trainer / Consultant
Location: Flexible (Kentbased preferred)
Salary:per annum (DOE) Benefits
Employment Type: FullTime Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Health & Safety Trainer/Consultant to join a dynamic team. If you thrive in delivering practical solutions conducting site inspections and providing toptier training this role is perfect for you!

About the Role

As a Health & Safety Trainer/Consultant you will:

  • Deliver engaging and highquality health and safety training sessions (e.g. NEBOSH SMSTS).
  • Develop and implement health safety and environmental policies tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct site audits risk assessments and accident investigations.
  • Provide consultancy services to a variety of industries including construction and manufacturing.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to uphold our reputation as a trusted HSE partner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct onsite inspections and audits ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Deliver practical handson training sessions to individuals and groups.
  • Investigate incidents and implement actionable recommendations.
  • Keep uptodate with industry regulations and best practices.
About You

Youll be a selfmotivated professional with strong communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualifications:
    • NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety.
    • NEBOSH General and Construction Certificates (essential).
    • SMSTS Certification (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in health and safety training consultancy or management.
    • Experience conducting audits risk assessments and accident investigations.
    • Background in construction or similar highrisk industries.
  • Soft Skills:
    • A collaborative approach to mentoring and coaching.
    • Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
    • Confidence in building client relationships and handling complex challenges.
