Title: Business Analyst (Salesforce CRM)

Experience:
Minimum of 56 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on
Salesforce CRM.
Proven experience in understanding LeadtoOpportunity management processes
Managed packages Analytics & Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery meetings with stakeholders to identify business needs and project
requirements.
Gather document and analyze requirements translating them into clear and detailed
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Develop and document user stories ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Create comprehensive test plans to ensure all project requirements are met.
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration between stakeholders developers and project
teams.
Maintain thorough project documentation including requirements design specs and
testing outcomes.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure alignment with business
needs and project success.
Provide postimplementation support during the golive phase to ensure a smooth
transition.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM reporting & analytics and data integration
processes.
Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake SQL and JIRA for effective data analysis
tracking and project management.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to
effectively communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
