Job Description
Our company has a client seeking for a for talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. In this critical role they will be responsible for architecting cuttingedge systems providing technical guidance and ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with business objectives. This is a oneyear contract role that will start midend February.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and integrations that meet our needs and industry best practices
- Collaborate closely with brands and crossfunctional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations offering recommendations for improvements
- Ensure the security scalability and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions implemented
Required Skills : * ServiceNow project development experience * Tool integrations experience (SCCM Cloud Jira ADO Azure...etc.) * IDR implementation and support experience * AiOps/Event management implementation and support experience * Operational Technology Management implementation and support experience * Maintenance and support experience * Risk management experience * Issue escalation experience * Vendor interaction and communication experience
