Job Description
Role : Linux Consultant
Location : Houston TX (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Major Incident (MI) calls providing Linux expertise and observability insights
Identify and implement appropriate service level integrators to ensure optimal infrastructure availability
Collaborate with application teams support groups and service providers to establish and refine observability processes and solutions
Design develop and maintain observability frameworks for Linuxbased systems
Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions using shell scripting and other relevant technologies
Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code and cloud provisioning tasks
Quickly adapt to and learn new observability tools as needed
