We currently looking for a Jira Admin position
Charlotte NC or Irving TX
Charlotte NC or Irving TX

We are looking for someone like this that has JIRA Align experience
Solid Production Support experience. Strong administration and functional knowledge in the following applications/processes: Crowd Jira Jira Align Confluence and Octane.
Skills and Job Description:
1. 3 years system administration experience with Atlassian Crowd Jira Jira Align and Confluence and Micro Focus Octane applications.
2. 3 years experience doing Production Support
3. Expertise in application performance monitoring tuning troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
4. Handson experience with creation of playbooks and automation scripts.
5. Handson experience with RedHat OpenShift Containers Kubernetes
5. Moderate expertise in Unix system scripting and knowledge on BASH KSH shell programming languages.
7. General understanding of Oracle MySQL and SQL database technologies.
8. Moderate experience writing SQL queries against RDBMS databases.
9. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills selfmotivated and resourceful enough to act independently.
10. Good interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible/adaptable to change.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
12. Ability to lead meetings followup negotiate and resolve ambiguity
13. Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
14. Strong selfstarter and ability to work independently or with a team with little to no supervision
15. Strong organizational and time management skills
