Job Description
Location : Mount Vernon Ohio 43050(Onsite)
Pay: $18.50/hr on W2!
Duration : 12 months Contract to Hire
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens or Perm Residents
Shift : 12 Hour Shifts Work 2 days Off 2 days Work 3 days
Days (12 hour shift 5:45am 6:00pm) 223 schedule
Nights (12 hour shift 6:00pm 6:00am) 223 schedule
The Packaging Operator I role is the entry level role at the Mt. Vernon facility. This role is responsible for
packaging cleaning and relieving for breaks. This role will primarily work in the production area.
Spotting outbound trucks into material load docks ensuring docklocks
Reclaiming offquality Unbonded Loosefill and refeeding the material to the forehearth
Packaging operator placing bags on bagger equipment snouts ensuring proper packaging of finished goods
material
Performs general cleanup duties in designated areas (including but not limited to sweeping floor blowing
down the line/robot cleaning break rooms etc.).
Assist with Preventative Maintenance processes
Perform special needs as determined by plant staff
Participates in safety and housekeeping programs as established within the plant.
1 3 years manufacturing experience
Must be able to read write and speak English
Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
Must have the ability to multitask
Must have strong internal and external customer service skills
Must work well in team environment
Must be able to work independently
Must have to ability to do intermediate mathematical calculations
High School Diploma or equivalent
