Job Description
Position: Supply Chain Support Consultant
Location: India (Remote)
Experience: 5 Years in Implementation Consultant Customer facing role
Position Description: This role is part of the Technology Function and is responsible for participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects including information gathering analysis design implementation testing and golive processes relating to supply chain projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Infor WMS and Infor OS
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify interpret validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Design customize configure and testing of Infor SCE 10.3 & Above
- Identify gaps issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate analyse and solve software problems.
- Document functional designs test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide adhoc training and user support as required
- Work selfdirected and independently; may act as subject matter expert
Qualifications/Requirements
- Participate in Full life cycle client facing implementation projects including information gathering analysis design implementation testing and golive processes relating to supply chain projects
- Good knowledge on Supply chain processes specifically on contract warehousing.
- Product knowledge preferably on Infor SCE 10.3 above
- Excellent Problem solving and analytic skills
- Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas
- 3 year of experience as an implementation consultant in a customer facing role
- Good knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server is preferred
- Domain knowledge on Supply chain for ECommerce Business is an added advantage
