Job Description: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Houston TX

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Clevel executives particularly in the IT industry and a proven ability to handle diverse tasks with professionalism and discretion. This is a fulltime permanent role offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fastpaced organization.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management:
o Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings appointments and events.
o Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize tasks.
Communication Coordination:
o Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
o Draft review and manage correspondence emails and memos with precision and professionalism.
Meeting Support:
o Prepare agendas presentations and supporting materials for meetings.
o Attend key meetings take minutes and ensure followup on action items.
Travel Arrangements:
o Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel plans including flights accommodations and itineraries.
o Ensure seamless logistical planning for business trips.
Project Assistance:
o Support the CEO with special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
o Conduct research gather data and prepare reports for informed decisionmaking.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
o Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
IT Industry Awareness:
o Understand the nuances of the IT industry to provide informed support to the CEO in decisionmaking and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant with at least 3 years in the IT industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other productivity tools.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive mindset.
