Job Description
District Manager Quick Service Restaurants
Compensation: $75000 to $90000 Generous Quarterly Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop leadership teams for instore operations.
- Manage line bar scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Oversee staff deployment and control labor costs to avoid overtime.
- Supervise product ordering inventory reconciliation and food cost management.
- Enforce cash control policies conduct monthly cash audits and address discrepancies promptly.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships for repairs maintenance and supplies.
- Monitor utility usage and implement costsaving measures.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for financial improvement.
- Develop and execute operational game plans to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Create and maintain a detailed monthly visit schedule with clear goals for each store.
- Dedicate five days a week to store visits spending at least seven hours at each location to address issues and set actionable plans.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience managing 4 or more units with drivethrough operations.
- Stable work history (12 jobs in the past 5 years or a maximum of 3 jobs in 9 years).
- Valid unrestricted drivers license.
- Proven experience in sales business development or a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management principles and techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Resultsdriven approach with a focus on achieving measurable targets.
