Job Description

District Manager Quick Service Restaurants

Compensation: $75000 to $90000 Generous Quarterly Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop leadership teams for instore operations.
  • Manage line bar scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Oversee staff deployment and control labor costs to avoid overtime.
  • Supervise product ordering inventory reconciliation and food cost management.
  • Enforce cash control policies conduct monthly cash audits and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships for repairs maintenance and supplies.
  • Monitor utility usage and implement costsaving measures.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for financial improvement.
  • Develop and execute operational game plans to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Create and maintain a detailed monthly visit schedule with clear goals for each store.
  • Dedicate five days a week to store visits spending at least seven hours at each location to address issues and set actionable plans.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing 4 or more units with drivethrough operations.
  • Stable work history (12 jobs in the past 5 years or a maximum of 3 jobs in 9 years).
  • Valid unrestricted drivers license.
  • Proven experience in sales business development or a related field.
  • Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Resultsdriven approach with a focus on achieving measurable targets.
