Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build solutions in Salesforce.com leveraging Force.com Visual Force APEX triggers Lightning Web Components Web Services and APIs.
- Participate in the analysis of requirements for system projects/enhancements translating requirements into wellarchitecture solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs middleware tools etc.
- Optimize Salesforce performance security and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations ensuring timely resolution of any production issues right after golive.
- Collaborate with business systems analysts to clarify functional and technical requirements for Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Communicate daily progress and blockers related to Salesforce projects and customizations to the project team.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to plan coordinate and execute deployments to production environments.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for all projects and processes.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing Salesforce applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components.
- 5 years of experience defining systems strategy and designing and prototyping testing and implementing practical business solutions.
- Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Search Language) /SOSL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems services and APIs using technologies like Salesforce APIs.
- Ability to accurately scope plan and estimate the level of effort for tasks with an appropriate balance of risk and efforts.
- Salesforce App Builder and platform Developer I certifications.
- Experience working in Agile development environments with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Working knowledge with Salesforce Experience Cloud
