Job Description

Client Partner / Director of Sales

Fulltime Employment

Location: Houston Texas

Job Summary:

The Client Partner Sales will act as a strategic partner to clients driving revenue growth by developing strong longterm relationships and delivering tailored solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs market trends and the companys offerings combined with exceptional sales acumen and a clientfirst approach.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in client organizations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively.

Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs challenges and objectives.

Sales Strategy and Execution

Drive revenue growth by identifying pursuing and closing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

Market Insights and Business Development

Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments.

Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to improve offerings.

Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings to build brand awareness.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in sales account management or client relations preferably in specific industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and client relationship management practices.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

Resultsoriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
