The S4 Hanna Plant Maintenance role is a critical position within our organization responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of plant maintenance operations using the SAP S4 HANA system. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the plant by managing maintenance schedules troubleshooting system issues and optimizing the use of resources. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 HANA excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve operational efficiency.

S4 Hanna Plant Maintenance Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. Parts 730 799 EAR) the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R. Parts 120 130 ITAR)
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of plant maintenance using SAP S/4 HANA.
- Ensure work clearance procedures are followed and manage maintenance orders effectively.
- Coordinate with the team to schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenancerelated issues in a timely manner.
- Required Skills
- Work Clearance Management: The candidate must have a strong understanding and experience in managing work clearance processes in a plant environment.
- Maintenance Order Management: The candidate should have a solid background in managing maintenance orders including scheduling tracking and completion.
- SAP S/4 HANA: The candidate must have proficiency in using SAP S/4 HANA for plant maintenance operations.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field with certification in SAP S4 HANA.
- Preferred Skills
- Maintenance: The candidate should have a good understanding of general maintenance procedures and practices.
- Plant Operations: Knowledge of plant operations and safety protocols is beneficial.
- Equipment Management: Experience in managing and maintaining plant equipment is a plus.
- Inventory Management: Skills in managing inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
- Technical Documentation: Ability to create and manage technical documentation related to plant maintenance.
- Project Management: Experience in managing plant maintenance projects.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenancerelated issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
