Your responsibilities
Responsibility for export control relevant topics on a cluster level
Ensurance of foreign trade compliance all over the existing processes within the cluster
Implementation of export control relevant processes to ensure export control compliance and to ensure delivery performance by supporting from a process perspective
Supporting HQ global logistics customs for implementation of cluster related processes even international processes (standardization)
Supports in the development and optimization of new export control relevant processes
Support export control exports (local customs responsible persons/ export control officers) in case of external audits (of the local customs departments)
Supports in time studies strategical studies for the process of analysis improvement projects and performance measuring
Regular monitoring process of all export control relevant activities
Enhancement of all existing processes from a legal perspective /cluster based
Handle of suppliers or customers request according to the legal requirements from an export control
Handle of suppliers or customers request according to the legal requirements from an export control perspective (local EU wide and US export control requirements
Our requirements
Degree in engineering with additional knowledge in the field of customs with 57 years of experience
Training or studies in the field of customs or business law
Rich customs as well as indepth knowledge in the field of customs and export control as well as the associated subtopics such as master data evaluation origin of goods etc
Project management skills SAP Process knowledge
Deep Export Control knowledge (processes requirements etc.)
Process diagnostic ability and process improvement ability based on lean methods
Ability to work individually and in an international team
