Title: Project Manager
Desired Work Location: Dallas TX / Miramar FL
Onsite Requirements: Hybrid (3 to 4 days in office)
Desired Start Date: 2/17/2025 (Sooner if possible)
Expected End Date: 24 months (maybe more)
Travel % Required: 25% Low / 50% High
Overview The IT Delivery
job is accountable for the successful endtoend delivery of strategic projects programs and portfolios. The job leads projects programs portfolios or leads an Agile ART or several agile teams through the systems development life cycle from planning through hyper care working in close partnership with IT and business leaders including executive sponsors. The work also includes leading collaboration coaching team members and influencing others outside their direct team to ensure the success of initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Engage and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders Execute required change management activities including training and communications In collaboration with key stakeholders forecast financial and resource needs to meet established objectives for delivery
Plan and run test plans Define test metrics and monitor testing to ensure testing is completed per project schedule
Create work break down structures to support project delivery and track plan
Develop level of efforts by Develops and recommends changes to policies and procedures Build strong teams
Provide strong leadership over a diverse team of individuals including providing coaching and guidance to team members
Develop communications training strategies and execute against them
Create and maintain project budgets
Identify analyze track and manage to closure project risks and issues Manage and organize project teams to support project needs
Manage projects to successfully meet business requirements and outcomes working with resource managers as input to finalize project plans
Use level of efforts to assist in developing project budgets
Manage project progress and create effective status reports
Manage all required project documentation per SGWS PMO standards
Define resource plan and manage throughout project life cycle

Continuously monitor costs and implement improvements to drive down the cost to plan and deliver
Drive process improvements in project delivery working in collaboration with key stakeholders in support of business objectives
Ensure key stakeholders can properly collect prioritize plan for and execute projects Leverage best practices implement new processes procedures and controls to improve delivery capabilities overall
Keep an eye to latest trends and best practices within the Portfolio and Project management space Applies significant knowledge of industry trends developments and capabilities to address and improve business capabilities
Ensures that solutions and services deliver at or above expected business value Sequence activity Estimate the duration of activity o Develop a schedule
Bachelors Degree 7 years leading system development or relevant work experience
Size of project is $500K $1M or up to 5 small projects at a time teams less/25 people or less

Proven experience successfully managing business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resources
Ability to take ownership for managing all aspects of project management from discovery through delivery implementation
Experience presenting escalating and providing solutions to senior leadership
Experience managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. Proven record of focusing on building trusted relationship with those responsible for execution
Ability to quickly assess projects at the onset for areas of risk identify gaps and recommend areas for improvement
Experience in change management related aspects of project execution and ability to incorporate change considerations in planning / execution of projects Agile Delivery Values

Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience in providing design documents and translating into componentlevel designs to accelerate development
Leader in defining and development of project requirements functional specifications and detailed designs of application solutions
Showcases strong organizational effectiveness improvement and development skills
Experience as an exceptional facilitator including lighttouch facilitation.
Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification Specialized Skills and Technologies
Experience in managing large and complex technical projects Understanding of fundamentals of IT Architecture & Systems to deliver solutions is a must
Experience in integrating multiple systems (logic and data) across the enterprise is required
Functional knowledge and experience in implementing large and complex solutions either related tosoftware data or Infrastructure projects is required
Experience with Microsoft Office tools is required
Ability to create and follow work and data flow charts is required
Need to understand Software Development Life Cycle and various delivery methodologies like Waterfall and Agile Physical Demands
Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g. keyboard mouse and monitor) or adding machine
Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking bending reaching standing and stooping
