Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oracle HCM Business Analyst to work closely with HR IT and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions ensuring they align with business needs and processes.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Payroll Time and Labor Absence Benefits Reporting etc).
  • Lead and support the configuration customization testing and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements perform gap analysis and propose system enhancements or improvements.
  • Prepare reports dashboards and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) document issues and track resolution.
  • Assist with data migration activities ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for endusers.
  • Provide postimplementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCMrelated issues.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other HR and enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 35 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll Time and Labor Absence Benefits Reporting etc) with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud as well as system integrations and data migration.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications or related HR system certifications are a plus.
