Job Description
1sft Shift
- Performs New and routine inspections checks tests and sampling procedures of stardard parts.
- Responsible for receiving in process or final inspections as required.
- Responsible for utilizing aptitude in measurement techniques metrology and blue print reading and verify operators are accurately measuring and recording dimensions on IP sheets or other documentation.
- May perform first article and first piece approval for operators
- Perform and assist in developing internal and external corrective action responses.
perform inspection duties as required - Support quality improvement and cost savings initiatives as required
- Assist the supervisor quality inspector II and quality engineer as required
- Assist in other production ares as needed.
- Minimum High school diploma or GED
- 36 years Quality inspection rule.

- Verbal Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in detail
- Ability to correctly use inspection tools such as micrometres callipers gage blocks and gages. Etc
- Sitting Frequent
- Standing Frequent

- Use hand/fingers to grasp/pinch/grip/ frequent
- Climbing (staircase/ladders) or balancing not applicable
- Stoop kneel crouch or crawl! Occasionally
- Operating machinery and/or power tools occasionally
