Job Description:
  • The primary function is to provide daytoday client support in relation to Paulsboro/client Operations.
  • You will take ownership of ensuring we are delivering our products and services with a high level of quality while meeting our contractual commitments.
  • You will be the main point of contact for the Customer and/or Account Team in relation to orders and responsible for handling any escalations or customer concerns from an Operations perspective.
  • You will be working with all of our Operational Management Teams to help drive our serviceability metrics and ensure all shipments and deliveries are on time.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and communicating any roadblocks or risks along with assisting the Paulsboro/client Operations with any support needed to successfully achieve our clients goals.
Knowledge of but not limited to areas of:
  • Microsoft Office 365 WIMS DIMS Infoship UDM Clarify Shipping Order Fulfillment Receiving Activities Quality Transition and CSR activities
Job Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work well independently and inside a team environment.
  • Problem solving skills a must.
  • Able to stay organized with multiple demanding tasks.
  • Should be flexible with regards to work hours.
  • A working knowledge of the client internal systems (DIMS WIMS UDM Clarify Quality Shipping Order Fulfillment Receiving Activities MicroStrategy reporting and a highlevel of understanding ITAD program.) is required.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Email etiquette.
Description:
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all Paulsboro/client Operations activities acts as the liaison to operational teams.
  • Supports PM/SDM in ensuring all client deliverables and metrics are achieved and any risks/ SLA breaches are properly communicated and/or escalated proactively.
  • Manages all Supply Chain aspects of assigned accounts including execution of product and services contract provisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates inventory management with support teams and monitors threshold levels of Customer Supplied Product.
  • Reviews product levels and escalates the gaps for upcoming hardware project rollouts for CSP.
  • Actively monitors and addresses any warehouse/ depot holds including Warehouse Receiving Holds MEL Holds (Receiving & Service) and Config Holds.
  • Ensure delivery of standard reports set up via subscription during Transition assist with reporting tools and facilitate any additional report requests via the Reporting Team.
  • Weekly SLA attainment reporting including a detailed description of order delays challenges and rehabilitation solution.
  • Coordinates with Account Executives other departments and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of products and services to the customer.
  • Assists with local coordination of special projects as required.
  • Represents the client in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with the clients and associates.
  • Assists with Quality Audits Quality Incidents and help maintain our ISO Quality requirements through our Quality Team.
