Maintainsthe OEBS product backlog to ensure a continual flow of tasks to the developmentteam.
Coordinatesproject tasks with stakeholders team members and other internal or externalstakeholders.
Createstest plans and test scripts conducts user acceptance testing documents testresults and works with information technology staff to correct identified problems.
Developsenduser training materials and conducts training.
Provideapplication(s) support to agency users. Troubleshoots data entry/application errors isolates problems fromsymptoms determines solution or alternatives develops and implements aresolution.
Usesdata extraction tools to gather and provide data to internal and externalagency data partners based on requested criteria.
Identifiesdata quality issues. Identifies root causes and develops action plan(s) to makeimprovements. Provides enduser supportsuch as responding to user questions reporting system deficiencies and workingwith technical staff to resolve problems.
Addresses outstanding service requeststimely and accurately.
Monitors HR Help issues daily and providesexpeditious resolutions.
Assist with reviewing data cleanup anddigital scanning work product.
Otherduties as assigned.
Ability to successfully interact in a team environment andeffectively communicate both orally and in writing across all levels of anorganization. Experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite is desirable. Experience working in Human Resources is aplus.
