Job Category: Contract Overview:
We are seeking a GenAI Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce and handson experience implementing AI functionalities (Einstein AI and/or Generative AI) within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves leveraging AI to enhance Salesforce solutions collaborating with stakeholders and aligning technical implementations with business objectives.
Position:Contract Role $90/hr on C2C (negotiable).
Responsibilities:-
Salesforce Architecture & Development:
- Architect and implement endtoend Salesforce solutions across at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales Service Marketing Data).
- Utilize Salesforce APIs integrations and data migration strategies to build robust applications.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for data models and management.

AI/GenAI Integration:
- Implement Einstein AI features within Salesforce (e.g. Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud).
- Apply LLMs (Large Language Models) RAG (RetrievalAugmented Generation) and AI/ML tools for enhanced functionalities.
- Integrate AIdriven insights into Salesforce workflows for productivity and improved customer experiences.

Solution Design & Strategy:
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical Salesforce solutions.
- Develop strategic roadmaps to align AI and Salesforce implementations with business goals.
- Serve as a technical advisor on best practices and solution optimization.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with senior executives and stakeholders to demonstrate the value of AI capabilities within Salesforce.
- Communicate project updates challenges and solutions effectively to varied audiences.
- Identify opportunities for AI/GenAI enhancements within organizational processes.

Technical Expertise:
- 10 years of Salesforce experience with expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales Service Marketing Data).
- 5 7 years as a Salesforce Developer/Architect with successful implementations.
- 2 3 years of recent experience implementing Einstein AI features within Salesforce ecosystems.

AI/ML Skills:
- Familiarity with Einstein AI LLMs RAG and other AI/ML tools.
- Experience integrating AI into Salesforce workflows.

Other Qualifications:
- Proven problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities particularly in technical advisory roles.
- Experience in solutions architecture engineering and business development.

Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills including with senior executives.
- Ability to translate technical risks into clear communications for varied audiences.
The role requires a balance of technical expertise and business acumen emphasizing Salesforce AI capabilities to improve functionality and optimize solutions.
Candidate Details:- Must have a proven track record of Salesforce AI implementations and relevant technical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in hybrid settings and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
