Role: Business Analyst

Qualifications/ required skills:
Creating analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications.
Defect and work item management Data fix management and Operation items management.
Understanding the needs of client stakeholders & facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst them.
Experience with SQL.
Work with client to collect and document business requirements develop meeting notes and action items collaborate with team to support functional design including developing design artifacts.
Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
Good Analytical skills and communication skills
Excellent documentation capabilities on requirement documents (backlog stories functional specs) wireframe/prototyping systems design including data migration rules business rules wireframes or other detailed deliverables.
Ability to create Business requirement document functional requirement specification and related documents.
Understanding of Waterfall and AGILE development methodologies.
