We are looking for an experienced and creative individual to be a part of our team. You will be primarily responsible for offering enhanced marketing support. As part of your job role you should be able to conduct indepth interviews and keep track of any new business opportunities.
Besides you should also be able to plan and implement your own marketing strategies via our online training portals. Moreover you should be able to monitor the performance and effectiveness of various marketing plans.
You should be uptodate with the latest industry developments and best practices. In addition to this you should be familiar with various marketing tools and software. To excel in this job role you should be able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Performing interviews with prospects to identify new business opportunities
- Understanding the nuances of working remotely
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies through our training
- Planning all your marketing activities as per a planned budget
- Preparing detailed advertising also via our training portals
- Creating and presenting reports on marketing operations and improvements done
- Monitoring the progress of various marketing operations
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with all stakeholders
- Keeping uptodate with the latest industry trends developments and best practices
Requirements
- Preferred degree in Marketing Communication Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Marketing Consultant Marketing Assistant Marketing Specialist or a similar position.
- Knowledge of the Personal Development industry.
- Familiarity with various marketing tools like Google Analytics Social Media Platforms and Automation tools
- Understanding of various social marketing software.
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Having an eye for detail
- Highly motivated and creative individual
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
