Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies to generate leads through various online
platforms and social media.
Learn and utilize our CRM (Customer Relations Manager) for lead
generation and training.
Conduct phone or Zoom interviews.
Participate in weekly online training calls.
Lead by example with a positive attitude developing and nurturing
your own team.
Manage and be accountable for creating your schedule.
Communicate with your director to maintain accountability.
Offer support and mentorship to help others achieve their personal and
business goals.
Competencies:
Conduct research to develop marketing plans and platforms for online
advertising.
Follow guidance from our international leadership team.
Proactively handle challenges with a solutionoriented mindset.
