Experience and qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to a structured script when addressing inquiries through phone or Zoom.
- Execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Join weekly training sessions via Zoom to expand your knowledge.
- Guide and support colleagues as you expand your client portfolio.
- Ensure accurate entry of client information into the Lead Manager system.
- Manage inquiries that have been cleared by the compliance team.
