Generate profitable sales in consultative selling model for service business in Building Automation (BMS), Lighting Control, Security & Access Control Systems, Fire Safety and Fire Alarm Systems.
Build relationship with Key End Users in Private, Government and Semi-Government Sectors as well as Major Engineering Design and Consulting firms (whenever applicable) to secure services projects and support them in building up the solution at the early stage.
Identify, target and address Smart Digital Services (Connected Remote Services) with high focus on growing the on-prem or on-cloud digital platforms and IoT based solutions for driving predictive AI based maintenance services.
Identify, target, and address Smart mechanical Services.
Address the existing installed base (Siemens and non-Siemens) for potential replacements and upgrades using Siemens’ offerings, while promoting value-added services.
Ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual Forecast of business while using the Business Tools like Salesforce and similar CRM Applications.
Strong Market & Domain Knowledge in Key Verticals like Healthcare, higher education, commercial buildings, Data Center, Hospitality, and other critical applications.
Work in cooperation with other BU’s and other departments leveraging on Cross-BU Selling and leveraging Siemens Overall Brand.
Reporting to Services Sales Head, Smart Infrastructure Buildings, KSA.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify Sales Opportunities: Research and identify potential customers within target industries or markets. This involves understanding customer needs and how the company’s services can fulfill those needs.
Generate Leads and Build Relationships: Develop relationships with new and existing clients, building a network of contacts to foster sales opportunities.
Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations: Create and deliver technical presentations, explaining the benefits of the company's services, how they solve specific customer problems, and the advantages of choosing their solutions.
Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Work with clients to finalize terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Negotiate pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and other terms.
