Job Description
Senior Scrum Master with JIRA Administration SYDNEY
- Lead the implementation of agile practices in a greenfield environment driving successful transformation initiatives.
- Administer and manage JIRA to support agile teams ensuring optimal configuration workflows and reporting.
- Facilitate and guide agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and backlog grooming.
- Coach and mentor multiple teams on agile methodologies fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and adherence to sprint goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and address impediments ensuring smooth project execution.
- This is a fixedterm fulltime role based in Sydney offering an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact.
- 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH
- Ability to commence with 1 to 2 weeks notice
- Australian PR/CITIZEN/ Valid visa with full work rights to work in Australia
- Located in Sydney
