We are looking for Project Engineer is a professional who is responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects. They plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
Leading the high-performance in Electrification and Automation based on Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Assistant for project manager based on requirements in project for successful project completion.
Timely reporting the project status and updates
Tracking and control project progress.

1. Project Planning and Design:
Defining Project Scope: Work with clients, stakeholders, and senior engineers to understand the project's scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Design and Specifications: Collaborate with design teams to prepare technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings for the project. Ensure that designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Budget and Timeline Planning: Assist in developing the project budget and schedule, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet deadlines.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks related to design, schedule, budget, and safety, and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Project Execution and Coordination:
Team Management: Lead and coordinate engineering teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to plan. Assign roles, set goals, and track progress.
Liaison with Stakeholders: Act as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, subcontractors, and project management team. Communicate project progress, issues, and changes as needed.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the project meets all quality standards and technical specifications. Perform inspections and tests to monitor progress and identify any deviations from the project requirements.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources such as materials, equipment, and personnel. Ensure that these resources are used efficiently to avoid project delays.
3. Budget and Cost Control:
Cost Estimation: Provide cost estimates for various project components, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Monitoring Expenses: Monitor project costs and expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Work with the finance team to ensure that the project stays within budget and avoid cost overruns.
Cost Reporting: Provide regular updates on budget status, forecasted costs, and any potential financial issues.
4. Project Monitoring and Reporting:
Progress Tracking: Track the project’s progress using project management tools or software, ensuring that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Problem Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve issues or delays that may arise during the project, such as technical difficulties, resource shortages, or unforeseen changes in scope.
Recent graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to Communication effectively to senior levels of manager.
Teamwork.
Fluent in Arabic and English

Safety Standards: Ensure that the project complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Implement safety protocols to protect the workforce and prevent accidents.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all project work complies with local, regional, and national regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction, manufacturing, or production processes follow legal and safety standards.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Procurement: Source materials, equipment, and services needed for the project. Work with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other third-party vendors, ensuring that they meet quality standards and deliver on time.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products and services from suppliers to ensure they meet the project’s specifications.
Documentation and Records Management:
Technical Documentation: Ensure that all technical documents, reports, drawings, and specifications are properly documented and stored for future reference or audits.
Project Files: Maintain organized project files that track progress, decisions, approvals, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Orders: Handle any changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget by documenting and implementing change orders in accordance with project protocols.
