Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled TIBCO Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and supporting software solutions and integrations using TIBCO technologies. This role requires a strong focus on technical excellence problemsolving and collaboration with end users and crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software solutions in accordance with established standards and methodologies.
- Design and implement TIBCObased interfaces to integrate internal and external applications.
- Automate deployment regression testing and infrastructure monitoring using tools like Bamboo SOAP UI Splunk and AppDynamics.
- Develop reusable frameworks for auditing logging and exception handling within TIBCO.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving developmentrelated issues.
- Conduct unit testing and ensure compliance with change management policies.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Work with end users and technical teams to gather requirements develop solutions and ensure thorough testing.
- Design and develop database schemas and smallscale applications with minimal supervision.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- 5 years of software development experience including 3 years of TIBCO development and architecture expertise.
- Proficient in TIBCO BW (x or higher) TIBCO EMS/JMS and configuring EMS options.
- Experience with TIBCO Business Connect and plugins for REST JSON and HL7.
- Familiarity with EHR systems like Allscripts TouchWorks and XMLrelated technologies (XML XSD XSLT XPATH).
- Experience with various protocols such as JMS REST SOAP and EDI (835 837).
- Strong Java/JEE application development skills with the Spring framework.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with largescale IS operations and multisite environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Java productivity applications browserbased technology and Windows/OS X systems.
