Technical Lead Conversational AI Integration Resource

Recent experience with Conversational AI projects and KoreAI (optional).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deploy conversational AI applications using Kore AI across IVR chat and voice platforms.
Intent identification and LLM development
Strong expertise in developing conversational AI applications (chatbots IVR systems virtual assistants).
Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services.
Knowledge of web services data retrieval and integrations.
Handson experience with conversational AI platforms frameworks and tools.
Build and refine chatbots virtual assistants and IVR systems that provide intuitive and effective user interactions.
Work with Generative AI models and finetune LLMbased conversations for highquality contextaware interactions.
Develop and optimize natural language understanding (NLU) and processing (NLP) models to improve accuracy and user intent identification.
