This is a remote position.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role in the staffing and recruiting industry involves accurately entering and managing various types of data ensuring its integrity and contributing to operational efficiency through audits and analysis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced environment with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks related to employee information client details and transaction records.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining verified and uptodate records.
  • Conduct regular data audits and generate reports to support management decisions.
  • Assist in data analysis and forecasting for operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Help improve data entry processes and systems for efficiency.
  • Uphold confidentiality by adhering to data protection policies and procedures.




Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
  • Exceptional typing skills and high accuracy in data input.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to work at your own pace and from anywhere.


Location: Telecommute (Remote)

Salary: $25 $30 per hour

Employment Type: PartTime or FullTime

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred: Associate or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Data Management or related field)

Experience Requirements: Minimum 12 months of experience in data entry or administrative roles
