Job Description

A recommended employer is seeking a Livein Houseman/Caretaker/Butler to manage their property based in Bayswater W2.

The employer travels for four months of the year and requires a responsible and trustworthy candidate to provide security and take care of the house during their absence.

Your duties will include ensuring the property is always secure assisting with errands and airport runs light housekeeping duties shopping and helping with other household tasks such as coordinating with contractors etc.

You will be required to support the family during dinner parties by serving clearing and occasionally assisting in preparing food for guests.

When the employer is away you will act as the sole caretaker ensuring the property remains wellmaintained and secure at all times.

This position is ideal for a candidate with a history of long term employment who values teamwork as you will be working alongside two longstanding members of staff.

A confident driver is preferred and a car will be provided for work purposes.

Working days and hours are 4045 hours per week based over 5 days with some evening shifts until 10 pm and occasional weekends.

Separate 1 bedroom flat provided with all utilities covered.

Salary on offer is 50kgpa depending on experience.

Role is to commence in May.
