Job Description
We are seeking an Organisation Design Consultant for our public sector client based in Chelmsford on an initial 6 month contract paying between 500 to 600 per day inside IR35.
This role allows hybrid working.
The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following
- CIPD
- Organisational Design
- Organisational Development
- Implementation of organisational design
- Organisational strategy
- Planning change
- Programme Management / Project Management
- Cultural systems behavioural change
- Risk Management
