On behalf of a Commercial Finance Alternative Lender in Dublin we are looking to hire an Assistant Portfolio Manager.
Role Duties Include:
- Maintain and develop customer relationships carry out continuous monitoring management and organising of our customer files.
- Management of monthly quarterly and annual reporting.
- Assist the COO in the day to day running of the business this element of the role is fund performance focused with an emphasis on forecasting controls and risk management.
- To assist Lenders with the drawdown process.
Requirements
- Business Mathematics Finance degree (or a similar relevant qualification).
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel with an interest in developing Excel skills.
- Broad understanding of debt advisory securitybased lending and cashflows.
- Interest and understanding of the Property industry.
- Good communication skills.
