Job Description
On behalf of our client an acquisitive investment firm are looking to hire a Director of Property and Asset Management.
The Role:
- Develop and execute a property portfolio strategy across the business to include property acquisition disposal and reconfiguration priorities.
- Develop plans to maximise asset and revenue values.
- Manage a number of strategic projects to include assigned construction and fitout contracts of owned and leased properties the application of efficient and costeffective procurement procedures liaising with and supervising design professionals to projects managing the design team and ensuring the design services are being met.
- Lead a team of inhouse property and facilities specialists.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- 710 years experience in property management asset management valuations or property finance.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of commercial real estate projects.
- Ability to manage strategic projects and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
