Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee logistics and freight operations in North Africa. This role requires a proven leader with expertise in sales freight forwarding and team management capable of driving growth and profitability in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships secure new business and manage contracts.
Lead a team and collaborate with regional and global offices for crossborder operations.
Oversee P&L for North Africa ensuring profitability and timely collections.
Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare key performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Logistics or a related field.
5 years in sales business development or logistics with 3 years of team management experience.
Expertise in freight forwarding (sea/ocean air or trucking).
Exceptional communication negotiation and financial management skills.
