We re fully remote and meet twice a year for team days while staying connected through events and fairs. Our product is validated our customer base is growing fast and demand is soaring. To support this growth we re looking for talented freelancers to join our journey!
As our freelance advertising expert you ll manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth and generate leads for our B2B clients. You ll work closely with our marketing team to create and execute highperforming ad strategies.
Ad Platform Expertise:
Mastery of the main advertising platforms we use:
Google Ads (Search Display YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
Core Skills:
Setting up and managing campaigns efficiently
Creating and optimizing audiences for maximum impact
Analyzing and interpreting key advertising KPIs (CPL CTR etc.)
Adjusting campaigns based on performance metrics
Clear and regular reporting on campaign results
Staying up to date with ad platform updates and trends
Tracking effective ad formats and staying ahead of the curve
Bonus Points:
Experience with tracking implementation (Pixel UTM Conversion API Google Tag Manager)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of handson experience managing ad campaigns
Proven track record of successful campaigns (references or examples required)
Ideally experience in furniture or B2B lead generation
Familiarity with tools we use or aim to implement:
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Google Data Studio (optional)
CRM tools
Monthly ad budget: Up to 10k
Primary contact: You ll collaborate directly with one main point of contact
Workflow:
Propose audience segments visual formats and ad copy
Implement campaigns and manage their performance
Daily checkins and adjustments (approx. 30 min/day)
Weekly email updates with campaign reports and insights
Biweekly checkin calls
Monthly video reporting with optimizations for the next month
Language requirements:
Fluency in both English and French is essential.
