Join Enky as a Freelance Advertising Specialist (EN/FR)

Enky is a fastgrowing startup that s revolutionizing the way we consume furniture.

To make furniture consumption more flexible and sustainable! We re rethinking how people choose their furniture carefully selecting the best products for durability.

With our subscription model we offer premium furniture at affordable prices while giving it multiple lives. More flexibility for our clients reduced costs and a circular approach that s what drives us!

Our clients

  • Real Estate: Apartments coliving spaces home staging

  • Hospitality: Hotels bars restaurants vacation homes

  • Offices: Startups scaleups coworking spaces schools etc.

Key figures:

  • 40 projects in progress or completed

  • Over 1 million furniture pieces offered to our clients

  • 30 highquality brands selected

  • A team of 10 people spread across Brussels Paris Marseille Bordeaux and Strasbourg

We re fully remote and meet twice a year for team days while staying connected through events and fairs. Our product is validated our customer base is growing fast and demand is soaring. To support this growth we re looking for talented freelancers to join our journey!

Your Mission as a Freelance Advertising Specialist (EN/FR)

As our freelance advertising expert you ll manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth and generate leads for our B2B clients. You ll work closely with our marketing team to create and execute highperforming ad strategies.

What we re looking for:

Ad Platform Expertise:

  • Mastery of the main advertising platforms we use:

    • Google Ads (Search Display YouTube)

    • Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram)

    • LinkedIn Ads

Core Skills:

  • Setting up and managing campaigns efficiently

  • Creating and optimizing audiences for maximum impact

  • Analyzing and interpreting key advertising KPIs (CPL CTR etc.)

  • Adjusting campaigns based on performance metrics

  • Clear and regular reporting on campaign results

  • Staying up to date with ad platform updates and trends

  • Tracking effective ad formats and staying ahead of the curve

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with tracking implementation (Pixel UTM Conversion API Google Tag Manager)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of handson experience managing ad campaigns

  • Proven track record of successful campaigns (references or examples required)

  • Ideally experience in furniture or B2B lead generation

  • Familiarity with tools we use or aim to implement:

    • Google Analytics

    • Google Tag Manager

    • Google Data Studio (optional)

    • CRM tools

How you ll work with us:

  • Monthly ad budget: Up to 10k

  • Primary contact: You ll collaborate directly with one main point of contact

  • Workflow:

    • Propose audience segments visual formats and ad copy

    • Implement campaigns and manage their performance

    • Daily checkins and adjustments (approx. 30 min/day)

    • Weekly email updates with campaign reports and insights

    • Biweekly checkin calls

    • Monthly video reporting with optimizations for the next month

Language requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.
