Job Description
To play a critical role in managing the tendering process within an organization ensuring compliance accuracy and efficiency.
1. Coordinate and oversee the entire tender lifecycle from advertisement to submission and award.
2. Ensure timely preparation and submission of tender documents.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on tender activities performance and key findings.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant Ugandan tendering regulations and procedures.
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with each tender opportunity.
7. Ensure that all tender documents meet legal regulatory and company standards.
9. Act as a liaison between internal departments (Sales team finance operations) and external stakeholders (clients contractors and suppliers)

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Procurement or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing the full tender lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Ugandan tendering processes documentation and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Furniture & Stationery industry tenders and regulations is highly advantageous.
- 2 years of progressive experience preferably in the same position.
- Good logical thinking ability communication ability and execution ability
