Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager in the logistics industry is responsible for driving revenue through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. This role combines a deep understanding of logistics services with creativity and leadership to increase market share and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in transportation warehousing and supply chain services.
  • Lead marketing campaigns including digital and traditional channels to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage and mentor sales and marketing teams to optimize performance.
  • Identify client pain points and propose customized logistics solutions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials case studies and client testimonials.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction.


Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or Logisticsrelated fields.
  • Experience: 5 8 years in sales or marketing roles within the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful campaigns.
Key Competencies:
  • Ability to develop creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Datadriven decisionmaking with strong analytical capabilities.
