Job Description
Our client is Nigeria s premier luxury real estate and construction firm a recognized leader in the property development industry. Due to expansion they are in need of a RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
LOCATION: Lagos
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct thorough research on real estate market trends demographics economic indicators and competitive landscape.
Analyze data to identify new market opportunities emerging property types and investment trends.
Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Lead the development of new real estate investment models products or services based on research findings.
Collaborate with marketing sales and finance teams to design innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Explore and implement cuttingedge technologies including proptech solutions to enhance business operations and customer experiences.
Provide datadriven recommendations for longterm business strategies and portfolio management.
Evaluate the feasibility of potential real estate projects partnerships and acquisitions.
Monitor regulatory changes and environmental factors that could impact the industry.
Manage a team of research analysts and coordinate crossdepartmental research initiatives.
Foster relationships with external research organizations universities and industry experts.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree in Business Economics Urban Planning or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years in research and strategy development
Strong ability to interpret complex data identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written verbal presentation and leadership skills.
