We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a highperforming team within a rapidly growing Series D tech company. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and supporting the development of a scalable sales organization.
Manage train and coach a team of 810 sales professionals in a highvelocity fullcycle sales environment.
Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide handson mentorship feedback and training to empower team members to succeed.
Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and optimize conversion rates.
Forecast sales performance and deliver accurate reporting to leadership.
Establish and refine processes to support rapid growth while maintaining operational excellence.
Drive revenue growth in alignment with organizational targets.
Requirements
2 years of experience managing and developing highperforming sales teams.
5 years of sales experience in highgrowth tech environments.
Experience in SMB sales leadership; marketplace health tech or B2B2C experience is a plus.
Strong relationshipdriven leadership skills with a proven track record of team success.
Handson approach to coaching and personal development.
