About the Role
Platinum Talent is seeking a Paraplanner to join a dynamic team in the Financial Services industry.
In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers.
You will be responsible for managing a client portfolio handling transactions engaging directly with clients and assisting with fundamental financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning Support: Create and manage effective financial and risk management plans in line with compliance and company standards.
- Client Portfolio Management: Prepare accurate client review reports and statements of advice ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients providing updates and recommendations.
- Administrative Efficiency: Manage client policies research products handle queries process new applications and maintain diary systems.
- Data Management: Update and manage CRM systems and produce regular business statistics reports.
Requirements
- Education:
- BCom in Finance Business Finance Investments Financial Planning Financial Sciences Investment Management or Economics.
- CFP or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning (advantageous).
- Experience:
- 1 2 years of experience in a paraplanning role.
