Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you ll drive recruitment efforts for diverse corporate and propertybased roles including analytics brand management and guest services. Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager you ll develop strategies source top talent and ensure exceptional candidate experiences. Success requires innovation problemsolving and adaptability in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.

Your Daily Tasks
- Collaborate with peers People Experience (PX) partners and business leaders to plan develop innovate and execute recruitment strategies.
- Support requisitions for diverse stakeholders across business units (Real Estate Development Operations Building Openings Guest Experience and Property Operations) and levels (entrylevel to management).
- Build and maintain a network of highquality diverse passive and active candidates for all levels and functions.
- Schedule and conduct interviews ensuring a memorable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct regular followups with hiring managers to evaluate recruiting plans team partnership and strategy implementation.
- Research uncover and engage top talent through creative methods and sourcing platforms (e.g. Indeed LinkedIn).
- Develop and implement innovative tools to enhance recruitment efforts including employer branding initiatives interview strategies and best practices.
- Serve as a recruitment expert educating the business on hiring strategies and monitoring trends in hiring markets across North America and globally.
- Train and mentor team members on sourcing techniques recruiting practices and candidate engagement strategies.
- Demonstrate core values and uphold a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Exhibit empathy persuasiveness tact and approachability with employees and candidates across various business units.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in fullcycle recruiting (startup experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage highvolume recruiting needs alongside specialized corporate and propertybased roles.
- Experience mentoring team members including interns is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Lever).
- Expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates through diverse platforms and resources.
- Successful track record in developing recruitment processes and reporting.
- Skilled in building strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrates excellence in recruiting practices for the broader team and business.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills developed through building strong candidate relationships.
- Ability to multitask with urgency in dynamic fastpaced environments and adapt to changes.
- Initiative and ownership with a high level of independence creativity and rigor.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Teamoriented mindset with a willingness to assist as needed.
- Effective communicator with expertise to inspire and influence organizational action.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that are clear and direct.
